Welcome to Feel Good Promotions Ltd trading as Feel Good Ltd and YUMI Beauty UK (“we”, “our”, “us”).These Terms of Service govern the use of our websites, training platforms, professional purchasing portals, products, academy courses, salon equipment and related services including:Feel Good LtdYUMI Lashes UKBy purchasing from us, accessing our training platforms, or using our websites, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. Professional & Trade Supply

Feel Good Promotions Ltd supplies professional-use beauty products, academy training and salon equipment intended primarily for trained professionals, salons, clinics and business users.We reserve the right to:refuse supply,restrict purchasing access,suspend professional accounts,revoke training access,or remove access to trade pricing or professional portals at our discretion.Products and systems sold by us are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis.

3. Training Requirements

Certain professional systems, formulas, devices and treatment protocols require approved training before purchase or use.By purchasing professional-use products, you confirm that:you are appropriately trained,you will follow manufacturer guidance,you understand professional treatment risks,and you accept responsibility for safe application and client suitability.Feel Good Promotions Ltd accepts no responsibility for:treatment failure,poor retention,inconsistent results,client dissatisfaction,allergic reactions,or damage arising from incorrect application techniques, insufficient training, improper storage or misuse.Treatment outcomes may vary depending on:operator technique,client suitability,aftercare compliance,storage conditions,environmental factors,and individual hair or skin characteristics.Identical results cannot be guaranteed across all operators or clients.

4. Online Training, Digital Content & Certifications

All online courses, digital content, downloadable materials, training manuals, videos, certifications and academy resources are non-refundable once:accessed,downloaded,viewed,activated,or issued.Course access is licensed to the original purchaser only and must not be:shared,copied,reproduced,redistributed,screen recorded,or resold.Certifications remain the intellectual property of Feel Good Promotions Ltd and may be suspended or revoked where:misuse occurs,brand standards are breached,unauthorised teaching takes place,counterfeit products are used,or training standards are not maintained.We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to professional purchasing portals where required training standards are not met.

5. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.We reserve the right to:cancel orders,limit quantities,refuse supply,or restrict shipping territories at our discretion.Pricing, specifications and availability may change without notice.Where pricing errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse affected orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.Shortages, damages or delivery discrepancies must be reported in writing within:48 hours of delivery for standard goods,24 hours for visibly damaged parcels.Claims submitted outside these timeframes may be refused.Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering.Additional shipping charges may apply for failed delivery attempts, refused parcels or redirected shipments.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic and professional-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:opened products,used products,partially used products,adhesives,solutions,cosmetics,disposables,training kits,digital content,or special-order items.Returns are accepted only where goods are:faulty,damaged in transit,or supplied incorrectly.All return requests require prior written authorisation.Approved returns must:remain unopened,unused,in original packaging,and in fully resalable condition.Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to sender.Approved non-fault returns may be subject to:inspection charges,handling fees,and a minimum 15% restocking fee.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Refunds, replacements or repairs remain at the sole discretion of Feel Good Promotions Ltd.

8. Electrical Equipment Warranty Policy

Professional Use Notice

Electrical devices, salon equipment, LED systems, heating devices and related electrical products supplied by Feel Good Promotions Ltd are intended strictly for professional salon use.Products must be:operated by trained individuals,used in accordance with manufacturer guidance,and connected only to suitable electrical supplies.Failure to follow operational guidance may void warranty protection.

Standard Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated in writing, electrical equipment includes a limited return-to-base warranty covering manufacturing defects only.Warranty periods begin from the original purchase date.The warranty does not cover:accidental damage,misuse,neglect,liquid damage,impact damage,unauthorised repair,unauthorised modification,cosmetic wear,improper voltage use,power surges,commercial overuse beyond intended purpose,lack of maintenance,or normal wear and tear.Consumable components including:pads,bulbs,batteries,filters,removable heads,adhesive elements,cables,and accessoriesmay be excluded from warranty unless proven faulty upon arrival.

Inspection & Fault Assessment

Returned electrical equipment will undergo inspection and testing prior to approval of any warranty claim.Where inspection determines:no fault exists,misuse has occurred,or the issue falls outside warranty coverage,we reserve the right to:refuse warranty claims,return the equipment,and charge inspection, repair or return shipping fees.Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned devices.We accept no liability for transit damage caused by insufficient packaging.

Dead-On-Arrival Claims

Electrical faults reported within 48 hours of delivery may qualify for priority replacement review.Photographic and video evidence may be requested before approval.

Business Interruption

Feel Good Promotions Ltd shall not be liable for:business interruption,treatment cancellations,loss of revenue,loss of bookings,loss of profit,staff costs,replacement hire costs,or consequential losses arising from equipment failure or downtime.Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate business contingency arrangements.

9. Product Storage & Shelf Life

Customers are responsible for:proper product storage,maintaining suitable temperatures,following expiry guidance,and ensuring products are used within recommended periods after opening.We accept no liability for degradation caused by improper storage conditions.

10. Patch Testing & Client Safety

Professional users remain solely responsible for:client consultations,contraindication checks,patch testing,treatment suitability assessments,informed consent,and aftercare guidance.Feel Good Promotions Ltd accepts no liability for client reactions, sensitivities or contraindications arising during or after treatment.

11. Intellectual Property

All content including:logos,training materials,treatment protocols,videos,manuals,branding,imagery,product names,and educational materialsremain the intellectual property of Feel Good Promotions Ltd or its licensors.Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:our total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the goods supplied,and we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.This includes:loss of profit,loss of business,reputational damage,treatment failures,client claims,or business interruption.Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes arising from purchases, training or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
