Domestic Shipping
Please allow up to 3 working days for UK mainland, Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
We are sorry to advise that we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our couriers will leave a card for you to call to make alternative arrangements or collect. If you do wish us to place a request that goods are left in a safe place on your property in your absence, please note Feel Good Promotions Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to these goods.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control (including but not limited to strikes, floods, natural disasters, terrorist attacks and failure of public or private telecommunications networks) we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave to us. The Products will be your responsibility from completion of delivery.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses or accept orders from consumers whose address is outside the UK and ROI.
For ROI please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Trade Supply Notice
Feel Good Promotions Ltd supplies products for professional and trade use only. By purchasing from us, you confirm that products are being purchased for professional use and not for personal consumer use.Due to the hygienic nature of our products, training materials, adhesives, solutions, cosmetics, disposables and professional-use items, we do not offer returns or refunds for unwanted goods once dispatched unless the goods are proven to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to reaching warehouse processing status. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it may no longer be cancelled.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any shortages, damages, faults or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.Photographic evidence may be required before any claim can be reviewed.Where a product is confirmed as faulty or supplied incorrectly, we reserve the right to:replace the item,repair the item,or issue a refund at our discretion.Refunds will not be issued for products damaged through misuse, incorrect storage, incorrect application, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or use by untrained individuals.
Returns Authorisation
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Feel Good Promotions Ltd.Approved returns must:be unused,unopened,in original packaging,and in fully resalable condition.Returns received that are not in resalable condition may be refused or subject to partial refund deductions.
Return Costs & Restocking Fees
Approved non-fault returns are subject to:return shipping costs,inspection charges,and a minimum 15% restocking fee.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Training Courses & Digital Content
All academy courses, online courses, downloadable materials, certifications and digital training content are strictly non-refundable once purchased or accessed.Course dates may be transferred at management discretion with reasonable notice.
Professional Responsibility
Products sold by Feel Good Promotions Ltd are intended for use by trained professionals only.We accept no liability for treatment failure, client reactions, loss of earnings, business interruption, or consequential losses arising from misuse, incorrect application techniques, lack of training, or failure to follow manufacturer guidance.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability in respect of any claim relating to goods supplied shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the goods in question.We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential business losses including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity.
