This Returns & Electrical Equipment Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made through:

disposables,

6. Professional Responsibility
Professional beauty treatment outcomes depend on:
operator technique,
client suitability,
aftercare compliance,
product storage,
environmental conditions,
and correct treatment protocols.
Feel Good Promotions Ltd does not guarantee identical treatment results across all operators or clients.
We accept no liability for:
poor retention,
overprocessing,
treatment failure,
client dissatisfaction,
allergic reactions,
misuse,
incorrect application,
insufficient training,
or failure to follow manufacturer guidance.
Professional users remain solely responsible for:
patch testing,
contraindication checks,
treatment suitability,
client consultations,
informed consent,
and aftercare advice.
7. Electrical Equipment Warranty Policy
Professional Use Requirement
Electrical devices and salon equipment supplied by Feel Good Promotions Ltd are intended strictly for professional salon use.
Equipment must:
be operated by trained individuals,
be used according to manufacturer instructions,
and be connected only to suitable power supplies.
Failure to follow operational guidance may void warranty coverage.
Standard Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated in writing, electrical equipment is supplied with a limited return-to-base warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty periods begin from the original purchase date.
Warranty coverage does not include:
accidental damage,
cosmetic wear,
misuse,
neglect,
liquid damage,
impact damage,
voltage damage,
power surges,
improper storage,
unauthorised modification,
unauthorised repairs,
commercial overuse,
improper cleaning,
or normal wear and tear.
Consumable components may also be excluded from warranty coverage, including:
cables,
batteries,
filters,
bulbs,
removable heads,
adhesive components,
pads,
and accessories.
8. Dead-On-Arrival Claims
Electrical faults identified immediately upon delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Photographic and video evidence may be required before replacement approval is considered.
Failure to report faults within this timeframe may invalidate immediate replacement eligibility.
9. Inspection & Fault Assessment
Returned electrical equipment will undergo inspection and testing prior to approval of any warranty claim.
Where inspection determines:
no manufacturing fault exists,
misuse has occurred,
or the issue falls outside warranty coverage,
Feel Good Promotions Ltd reserves the right to:
refuse warranty claims,
return the equipment,
charge inspection fees,
charge repair fees,
and charge return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned equipment.
We accept no liability for transit damage caused by insufficient packaging.
10. Business Interruption & Losses
Feel Good Promotions Ltd shall not be liable for:
treatment cancellations,
business interruption,
loss of bookings,
loss of earnings,
replacement hire costs,
staff downtime,
or consequential business losses arising from equipment failure or delayed repairs.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate business contingency arrangements.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved non-fault returns may be subject to:
handling fees,
inspection charges,
and restocking deductions.
