These Academy & Certification Terms apply to all:
academy courses,
online education,
in-person training,
certifications,
digital learning materials,
workshops,
mentoring,
and professional education services
provided by Feel Good Promotions Ltd through:
By enrolling on a course, accessing training materials or receiving certification, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
1. Professional Training Standards
Feel Good Promotions Ltd provides professional beauty education intended for trained or aspiring professional beauty practitioners.
Students are expected to:
behave professionally,
follow trainer guidance,
maintain hygiene standards,
and carry out treatments responsibly and safely.
We reserve the right to:
refuse training access,
suspend certifications,
remove academy access,
or terminate training participation
where conduct, behaviour or professional standards are deemed unsuitable.
2. Course Bookings & Payments
All course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Course spaces are secured only once payment has been received.
Where instalment plans are offered:
all instalments remain payable,
and failure to complete payment may result in suspension of certification, account access or future bookings.
Prices, course structures and training locations may change without notice.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
In-Person Training
Course fees are non-refundable.
Where sufficient notice is provided, course dates may be transferred at management discretion.

Online Training & Digital Education
All online courses, digital education, downloadable materials, videos, manuals and certifications are strictly non-refundable once:
purchased,
accessed,
activated,
downloaded,
streamed,
or issued.
Digital access is licensed to the original purchaser only.
4. Certification Requirements
Certification is issued only where:
training requirements are completed,
practical standards are met,
and course criteria are satisfied.
Feel Good Promotions Ltd reserves the right to:
withhold certification,
request additional case studies,
request further assessment,
or refuse certification
where professional competency standards are not achieved.
Certification confirms course completion only and does not guarantee:
business success,
insurance approval,
client outcomes,
or regulatory acceptance outside the United Kingdom.
5. Professional Responsibility
Students and certified professionals remain solely responsible for:
client consultations,
patch testing,
contraindication checks,
treatment suitability,
informed consent,
insurance compliance,
and treatment outcomes.
Treatment results may vary depending on:
operator technique,
client suitability,
aftercare compliance,
product handling,
environmental factors,
and experience level.
Feel Good Promotions Ltd accepts no liability for:
treatment failures,
client dissatisfaction,
allergic reactions,
operator misuse,
overprocessing,
incorrect treatment techniques,
or failure to follow manufacturer guidance.
6. Certification Usage & Brand Standards
Certifications issued by Feel Good Promotions Ltd remain linked to the standards and protocols taught during training.
Certified professionals agree:
not to misrepresent qualifications,
not to teach or certify others without written authorisation,
not to alter treatment protocols,
and not to use counterfeit or imitation products while representing the brand.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke certification where:
counterfeit products are identified,
unsafe practices are reported,
brand misuse occurs,
false advertising is identified,
or professional standards are breached.
7. Trade & Professional Account Access
Access to:
professional pricing,
trade portals,
academy dashboards,
downloadable materials,
and certification benefits
may be restricted or removed where:
training standards are not maintained,
misuse occurs,
payment defaults arise,
or unauthorised activity is detected.
Professional account access remains at the discretion of Feel Good Promotions Ltd.
8. Intellectual Property & Training Materials
All:
manuals,
protocols,
videos,
training methods,
educational materials,
photography,
branding,
and academy content
remain the intellectual property of Feel Good Promotions Ltd or its licensors.
Training materials must not be:
copied,
reproduced,
redistributed,
screen recorded,
translated,
shared,
uploaded online,
or resold
without prior written permission.
Unauthorised reproduction may result in:
legal action,
certification removal,
and termination of professional account access.
9. Photography & Marketing
During training sessions, photographs and video content may occasionally be captured for:
educational,
promotional,
or social media purposes.
Students who do not wish to appear in marketing content should notify the academy in writing prior to training commencement.
10. Academy Kits & Training Products
Training kits and academy products are supplied for educational and professional-use purposes only.
Due to hygiene regulations:
opened kits,
partially used products,
and consumable training items
cannot be returned unless faulty.
Kit contents may occasionally vary due to supplier updates or product improvements.
Equivalent substitutions may be made where necessary.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feel Good Promotions Ltd shall not be liable for:
loss of earnings,
business interruption,
client claims,
reputational damage,
treatment failures,
loss of bookings,
or consequential business losses arising from academy participation or certification use.
Total liability shall not exceed the course fees paid.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from academy services or certification shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
