Trade Supply Notice
Feel Good Promotions Ltd supplies products for professional and trade use only. By purchasing from us, you confirm that products are being purchased for professional use and not for personal consumer use.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, training materials, adhesives, solutions, cosmetics, disposables and professional-use items, we do not offer returns or refunds for unwanted goods once dispatched unless the goods are proven to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to reaching warehouse processing status.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Any shortages, damages, faults or incorrect items must be reported to Feel Good Promotions Ltd in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted outside of this 48-hour notification period may not be accepted.
Photographic evidence may be required before any claim can be reviewed.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty or supplied incorrectly, we reserve the right to:

replace the item,

repair the item, or
-
issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for products damaged through misuse, incorrect storage, incorrect application, unauthorised modification, improper installation, use by untrained individuals, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Returns Authorisation
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Feel Good Promotions Ltd.
Approved returns must be:

unused,
-
unopened,
-
in original packaging, and
-
in fully resalable condition.
Returns received that are not in resalable condition may be refused or subject to partial refund deductions.
Return Costs & Restocking Fees
Approved non-fault returns may be subject to:

return shipping costs,
-
inspection charges, and
-
a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Training Courses & Digital Content
All academy courses, online courses, downloadable materials, certifications and digital training content are strictly non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
Course dates may be transferred at management discretion where reasonable notice is provided.
Professional Responsibility
Products sold by Feel Good Promotions Ltd are intended for use by trained professionals only.
We accept no liability for treatment failure, client reactions, loss of earnings, business interruption, or consequential losses arising from misuse, incorrect application techniques, lack of training, or failure to follow manufacturer guidance.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability in respect of any claim relating to goods supplied shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the goods in question.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential business losses including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity.
